TNT Cleaning is a Tucson-based water damage restoration company staffed by IICRC-certified technicians who live and work in the Sonoran Desert. We didn't open a franchise territory — we built a restoration business from the ground up around what actually happens to Tucson homes: monsoon flooding, caliche soil slab leaks, stucco moisture entrapment, and a mold timeline that demands faster action than national standards account for.

Our Commitments
- No liens — ever. We will never place a mechanic's lien on a client's property. This commitment is in writing in every service agreement.
- No Assignment of Benefits pressure. You stay in control of your insurance claim. We do not use AOB agreements.
- Written scope before work begins. You know exactly what we're doing and why before we start. No surprise line items.
- Independent clearance testing. Mold clearance is performed by a third-party industrial hygienist — not our company.
