Complete Water Damage Restoration — Built for Tucson

When water invades your Tucson home, every hour matters. Tucson's post-monsoon humidity, extreme summer heat, and stucco construction create conditions where water damage progresses faster than in most U.S. cities. Our IICRC-certified technicians follow the S500 Standard for Professional Water Damage Restoration — the most rigorous industry protocol available.

🌡️ Tucson's 24-Hour Mold Clock

Post-monsoon humidity spikes combined with residual indoor heat accelerate mold colonization to roughly half the time of most U.S. climates. We operate on a 24-hour emergency response standard — not the 48-hour window used by national franchises.

Our 5-Step Restoration Process

Step 1 — Emergency Response & Assessment

We dispatch a certified Water Restoration Technician (WRT) within 60 minutes of your call, around the clock, every day of the year. On arrival we perform a complete moisture assessment: thermal imaging cameras and calibrated moisture meters map the full extent of damage — including hidden areas inside walls and under flooring that aren't visually apparent.

Step 2 — Water Category Classification

All water damage is classified by contamination level, which determines the scope of work and the protocols required:

  • Category 1 (Clean Water) — Burst pipes, supply line failure, appliance overflow. Lowest contamination risk and fastest drying timeline.
  • Category 2 (Gray Water) — Washing machine drain overflow, dishwasher, toilet overflow without solids. Requires decontamination in addition to drying.
  • Category 3 (Black Water) — Sewage backup, monsoon floodwater, arroyo overflow. Highest contamination — full decontamination and removal of all porous materials that contacted the water.

Step 3 — Water Extraction

Truck-mounted extraction equipment removes standing water at volumes portable units cannot match. We extract from floors, carpeting, padding, wall cavities, and under-slab spaces where applicable. Extraction is the most time-critical step — standing water causes exponential damage the longer it remains.

Step 4 — Structural Drying & Monitoring

Industrial air movers and commercial-grade dehumidifiers begin immediately after extraction. In stucco homes — which dominate Tucson's housing stock — we use targeted wall cavity drying systems to address moisture trapped behind stucco surfaces. We monitor moisture readings daily until all readings return to acceptable dry standard per IICRC S500.

⚠️ Stucco Homes Require Specialized Drying

Standard drywall restoration techniques do not work on stucco homes. Stucco traps moisture inside wall assemblies where standard extraction cannot reach. If your restoration contractor doesn't use stucco-specific drying protocols, you will likely develop hidden mold within weeks of the job closing.

Step 5 — Clearance & Documentation

Before we close any job, we provide complete moisture documentation showing all readings have returned to pre-loss dry standard. For mold-affected properties, we coordinate independent third-party clearance testing — performed by an industrial hygienist, not our company — giving you unbiased, legally defensible confirmation that remediation is complete.

Insurance Coordination

We work directly with all major insurance carriers and document everything your adjuster needs: moisture maps, drying logs, damage photographs, and scope-of-loss reports. We do not file Assignment of Benefits (AOB) paperwork, and we will never place a lien on your property.

Service Area

We serve all of Tucson and Pima County including Marana, Oro Valley, Sahuarita, Green Valley, Vail, and surrounding communities. Our central dispatch location allows 60-minute response times across the entire metro area.
